The German Brand Award is an industry prize for brand management that has been awarded annually in more than 60 categories by the privately funded German Design Council Foundation since 2016. A gross reach of more than 315 million contacts, the broad positive response from companies, agencies, and service providers, and more than 1,200 submissions show how great the interest is in the award for excellent brand management.
brainLight has already received the German Brand Award several times, the first time in 2017 as Winner in the category "Industry Excellence in Branding - Beauty & Care". While in 2018 it was unfortunately only enough for a "Nominee", in 2019 the company was even awarded twice as "Winner" in the category "Health & Pharmaceuticals" and with the "Special Mention" label in the category "Product Brand of the Year". For the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project "brainLight for the Nation's Heroes", the company was awarded "Winner" in the category "Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation - Branded Corporate Social Responsibility" and "Special Mention" in the category "Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation - Brand Impact of the Year" in 2021. In 2023, brainLight made it onto the winners' podium twice: The company was named "Winner" in the "Excellent Brands" umbrella category in the "Beauty and Care" category. The jurors also rewarded brainLight for its brand management in the same umbrella category with the "Special Mention" label as "Corporate Brand of the Year".
