European Health & Spa Award

With its innovative top product relaxTower Zenesse, the market leader for relaxation technologies, brainLight GmbH, was awarded second place from a small group of nominated companies after an elaborate two-stage evaluation process and critical consideration of all facts.

The award is offered by the Agency for Health & Wellness in Vienna and supported by well-known sponsors. The primary goal of the award is to highlight the opportunities and trends in the wellness industry and to show the change as well as the quality of wellness businesses and product innovations. The jury's evaluation was based on a holistic view of the company and the spa in which the product is located, among other things, as well as eight individual categories, such as Design & Technology, Health, Offer & Service, Benefit, Economy, Sustainability, Creativity and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

100 applications were submitted from all parts of Europe, of which 42 applications were nominated for an award in 10 categories. In some categories there were only two awards, in the category "Best Technical Spa Innovation" there were three. First place went to the product Jetpeel, second place went to the brainLight relaxTower Zenesse. The award was accepted by Sabrina Sauer, Manager Global Multimedia & Product Development at brainLight GmbH, and Mag. Meho Sylvester, Key Account Manager, Austria, at brainLight GmbH, during the gala event at the 5-star Park Hyatt Hotel in Vienna. "In order to meet the growing demands in the wellness market, we have developed a new product with the relaxTower Zenesse, where it was not only necessary to optimize the already existing technologies and functions, but also to innovate the entire product with modern, digital elements, such as an app and the 4D massage technology. We see the award as confirmation and recognition of a successful product launch and the right market-oriented focus of our company," said Sabrina Sauer about the honor.
