brainLight is “Employer of the Future”
In mid-June 2024, the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) awarded brainLight GmbH the “Employer of the Future” trophy. The “Employer of the Future” award is a figurehead and highlights brainLight GmbH's strengths as an employer.
Regardless of whether the award-winning company is a market leader or a 'hidden champion', employer branding gains momentum with the award. The prerequisite for receiving the seal was answering 11 questions as part of a short online interview. The DIND then initiates an extensive review process. Those who score sufficiently in this process are awarded the seal.
